Once an order has been posted we do not accept any returns
If products been smashed/broken through postage handling, a refund can be issued however evidence/proof must be provided (date and time of arrival).
Express Post- 2-4 Business days (However this postage time may be delayed due to Covid-19)
Standard postage (available only for Miss KinkyCurls Nourishing & Growth Oil by itself) 4-7 business days
